Technique:

Paragraph summary of what was covered in class

We reviewed all technique so far.  We learned to pluck (pizz.) the beginning of “Blowin in the wind”, up to letter B.

Assignment for next week

Be prepared to play through letter B at a comfortable walking tempo (around 75-80 bpm).

How to Practice this at home

Set the metronome to a pace that is fairly comfortable, then gradually increase the speed.  If there are particular notes or spots you get stuck and fall behind the beat, focus around those and/or slow the metronome down.
