Additional Studio Pass Benefits
Office Hours
Every Studio Pass includes one complimentary 20-minute individual Office Hours meeting per session with Pete or Ginger.
Office Hours are flexible, one-on-one meetings that can be used to catch up on material from a missed class, receive direct feedback on your playing, work through a specific challenge, or discuss your practice, progress, and goals.
Meetings are scheduled in advance, subject to availability, and must be used during the session in which they're offered.
Workshops
Studio Pass holders receive early access to workshop registration and 10% off workshop tuition throughout their three-session Pass.
Workshops are limited to six participants, and registration is subject to availability. Workshop tuition is purchased separately.
Private Lesson Add-Ons
Studio Pass holders can book discounted 45-minute private lessons with Pete or Ginger for $70 per lesson.
Add one or two lessons when purchasing your Studio Pass, or arrange additional lessons during your Pass term. Lessons are scheduled separately and subject to instructor availability.
Private lessons are optional and are not included in the base Studio Pass price.
Studio Resource Library
Studio Pass holders receive access to a collection of supplemental practice materials, exercises, and arrangements to support their work between classes.

Yes. You can select from eligible classes appropriate to your level and experience, subject to availability. Your Pass covers the number of classes included in your chosen package.

Studio Pass Plus covers one class in Session 5 and two classes per session in Sessions 1 and 2.

No. Studio Pass enrollments are specific to each session and cannot be carried forward or redistributed.

Yes. Office Hours can be used to review material from a missed class, ask questions, receive individual feedback, or discuss your practice and goals. They are 20-minute meetings rather than replacements for a full group class.

Workshop tuition is not included. Studio Pass holders receive early registration and a 10% tuition discount.

Private lessons are optional paid add-ons at the discounted rate of $70 for 45 minutes. You can add one or two lessons at checkout or arrange additional lessons during your Pass term.

Yes. Both Studio Pass options can be purchased in two equal installments, with the second payment due 30 days after purchase. The total tuition and benefits remain the same.

Unused class enrollments cannot be transferred to another session or exchanged for other services. Please contact us if an unexpected circumstance affects your ability to attend.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Studio Passes are available exclusively to returning Bantam students and cover Sessions 5 (2026), 1, and 2 (2027).
Session-specific enrollment: Classes must be taken during their designated sessions. Enrollments cannot be redistributed between sessions, carried forward, exchanged for private lessons, or converted into credit toward other services.
Nontransferable: Studio Passes are assigned to individual students and cannot be transferred or shared.
Unused classes and benefits: Unused classes, Office Hours meetings, and other benefits do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
Priority registration: Studio Pass holders receive early access to registration for eligible classes and ensembles. Priority registration does not guarantee placement in a particular class, and all enrollment is subject to availability.
Workshops: Pass holders receive early registration and 10% off workshop tuition. Workshops are limited to six participants. The discount applies only to the Pass holder and cannot be combined with other offers.
Office Hours: Each Pass includes one complimentary 20-minute meeting per session. Meetings must be scheduled and used within the corresponding session.
Private lessons: Discounted private lessons are optional, purchased separately, and subject to instructor availability. Private lessons purchased as add-ons cannot be substituted for group classes or Office Hours.
Payment plans: Students may pay in full or choose two equal installments. The first installment is collected at purchase, and the second is due 30 days later. Choosing installments does not change the total package price or the student's commitment to the full three-session package.
Purchase deadline: Studio Passes are available through November 30, 2026.
